Reformation: One year after "the crisis" the Titans were very low on members. Superboy had died during the crisis, Wonder Girl left to mourn for him, and Robin had gone with Bruce Wayne on his trip to visit Bruce's old masters. Beast Boy had taken charge of the team, but no one stayed for long under his watch. Raven left, and Cyborg was in critical condition. Robin returned to the leadership role, and began reforming the team. He brought in Marvin and Wendy to enhance the tower's defenses and to repair Cyborg. Red Devil and Ravager, she being a former enemy of the Titans, also joined.
